Drunken rant

I have been working 12's all week it sucks but oh well.. Im a little drunk right now but the reason im writing is to say how i feel. my friend and i where dringking today and he got all emotional and he was saying how he felt about his last relationship and i just wanna say this. You know people always wanna look out for every one else!! But if you dont look out for your self how are u gonna look out for any one else.. I mean i know it sounds shallow to say this, but if you dont see to your own needs then how cna you possibly bring happiness into your life. I mean yes its good to make other people happy but if you cant make your self happy then i dont hink that your ready to make some one else happy!
I have so many friends who are so willin at least rellationship wise to gaurantee some one esles happines sover there own... While that may be all fien and dandy I personally think that people who do that tend to be taken advantage of. I eman if your in a good relationship than the other person should be looking at your needs as well as there own not only looking to see if there needs are fulfilled. I kno that sounds a little hypocritical cause i sai dlook out for numbah one but i should have added that rite after that you look out for the other person. Looking out for the other person should be weighed agains your own wants and needs!
